The sourness of mustard seeds and the pungency of chillies both suit the taste. That's why we have brought for you Rajasthani Marwari Mirchi pickle, that too in an easy way, so let's know the method of pickle.

Ingredients for making Chilli Pickle:-

-250 grams green chili pickled -1 cup ground mustard (black or yellow mustard )

-2 cups Panchphoran masala (coriander, fenugreek, fennel, kalonji, cumin) - salt as required -2-4 tsp oil to mix the masala -1.1 cup oil to add to the pickle

How to make Chilli Pickle

1. First of all you have to mix fennel, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds in a non stick pan. Dry roast them for about a minute or two.

2. Once done, let the spices cool down. Blend them together until a thick paste is formed.

3. Now take out this mixture in a deep bowl and add green chili, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, asafoetida and mustard oil to it. Mix well.

4. Store this pickle in an airtight container and keep it at room temperature for two days. Then you can refrigerate it also.
